5* gite in rural Vendee
This stunning gite is situated in the rural heart of the Vendee. with all of the comforts of home. Lots to keep the whole family entertained from the excellent pool, petanque to table football. The hosts live right next door and were extremely friendly and helpful. Added bonus staying during the July 2022 heatwave was the airconditioning in everyroom. It was a godsend with temperatures climbing to mid 40s! Fully recommend a visit to Puy Du Fou which is fairly close but pre-book your tickets and if you can afford it buy the emocion passes. Would fully recommend a stay to friends and family.

J'ai bien aimé la petite maison avec le jardin, les jeux fournis (société ou jeux de pétanque par ex.) La piscine chauffée est top (et surtout non partagée), pour les horaires de fermeture de la piscine les propriétaires sont arrangeant (c'est eux qui viennent la fermer le soir). Revenir c'est bien possible 👍

Quiet and fully equipped
A pool for your own use, plenty of space and very nice hosts who have tastefully decorated the house. Also the equipment of dishes, towels and all other necessities is more than complete.
There is nothing to complain about. Air conditioning is not necessary here, because the old walls are thick and since it is very quiet, you can ventilate well at night.

Ein Pool für den eigenen Gebrauch, viel Platz und sehr nette Gastgeber, die das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet haben. Auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Handtüchern und allen anderen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ist mehr als vollständig.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Eine Klimaanlage ist hier gar nicht notwendig, denn die alten Mauern sind dick und da es sehr ruhig ist kann man Nachts gut durchlüften.

The location was good, a lot to see nearby and the gite was in quiet road. You get what you expect from the pictures. With the renovations planned by the owners, it will be even better next year. But in general a spacious gite, with privacy and well equipped.
